Shipping & Returns

Read our online clothing boutique’s policies on shipping, returns, and privacy. Please read through each prior to making your purchase.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within two to three business days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will provide you with the tracking information. Some orders that are sent via first class USPS mail do not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on your location and the weight of your products. Prior to final checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping and will have a chance to cancel your order if you choose.

Back Orders

If any part of your order is on back order, we will ship what we have in stock right away. When the back ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you separately. You will not be charged an additional shipping and handling fee for the second shipment.

Return Policy

All returned items must be in original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order purchase. Include a letter with the reason for your return in the package, as well as the original receipt. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. If the clothing is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will not be charged a restocking fee for an exchange but are still responsible for return shipping.
